The Managing World Heritage platform provides essential resources to strengthen effective heritage management — from key foundational theoretical concepts to practical, evidence-based strategies that support the management and conservation of heritage places the ground.

Led and coordinated by the ICCROM-IUCN World Heritage Leadership Programme, the platform offers multilingual, shareable, and printable resources on heritage management, along with access to news, course announcements, and other capacity-building opportunities delivered by the programme and partner institutions.

All resources on the platform are the joint product of UNESCO, ICCROM, ICOMOS, and IUCN, developed to support site managers, focal points, and heritage professionals in their diverse roles and responsibilities related to World Heritage management.
